 About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Application Engineer to drive the Hibernium platform adoption across various industries and markets. There will be 20-50% travel with flexible working hours.

• Drive product adoption across various industries (Construction, Mining, Agriculture, Marine, Aviation and other NRMM) and markets globally
  
• Help defining the product strategy and roadmap
  
• Gather market and customer requirements, and translate them to product features
  
• Prepare technical solutions for customer projects
  
• Run trials and MVPs with customers in collaboration with Customer Support
  
• Translate product features to key benefits and value add for the customer
  
• Assist Sales team with technical expertise during sales process
  
• Write technical literature (e.g., manuals, datasheets), formulate concept proposals and solutions for customers
  
• Write Product Requirements and Market Requirements documents
  
• Collect, manage and maintain traceability of requirements from all stakeholders across products
  
• Be the recognized expert in the business on the product, the market, relevant technology, and the competition
  
• Lead market and competitor research and formulate recommendations for product development and strategy
  
• Promote the product with the Sales teams via training sessions, whitepapers, technical literature, and other mechanisms
  
• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
  
• Represent the company during customer visits
  

Requirements

Skills, education and requirements

• Highly ambitious technology enthusiast looking to grow significantly with the company and the role
  
• Passion for working in a fast-paced, high growth, high-tech environment
  
• 5+ years of relevant work experience (preferably in EV or battery related markets)
  
• 3+ years of experience managing products (preferably in EV or battery related markets)
  
• Technical education with electrical and electronic engineering focus
  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to relentlessly prioritize
  
• Proven technical, quantitative, and critical-thinking skills
  
• Excellent written and verbal English communications skills
  
• Proven ability to drive technical product management from start to finish
  
• Excellent listening and presentation skills
  
• Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of services and products
  
• Knowledge of how to develop client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions
  
• Understanding of how to position products against competitors
