Investment Services Administrator
Job Description
JWR Employment Specialists are working with a leading Irish owned investment company to recruit an Investment Services Administrator.

Reporting to the Investment Manager the duties include;
· On boarding large volumes of clients onto our CRM system.
· Processing and reviewing of new business applications. Ensuring adherence to both company CDD procedures and AML Regulatory requirements.
· Screening clients for sanctions, Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) and adverse media.
· Collection, analysis, and verification of legal and KYC documentation for corporate clients.
· Assisting with Client and Intermediary queries.
· Processing Life Office commission statements.
· Management and servicing of existing client accounts.
· Processing agency transfers, account updates and In-Specie transfers.
· General support to the Administration Team.
Requirements
· Minimum Third Level Degree (Masters would be beneficial)
· Good IT skills (Word, Excel & powerpoint)
· Experience in financial services company or similar environment is helpful but not essential
· Ideal candidate is a self-starter, organised and able to work to tight deadlines.
