New state-of-the-art IDA facility is set to open in Mayo

IDA Ireland is ‘confident’ the newly-completed Advance Technology Building (ATB) at Drumconlon, Breaffy Road, Castlebar, will not be vacant for too long.

The facility, which was built as part of the IDA’s €150 million five-year investment programme in regional properties, is scheduled to be officially opened by the Minister for Rural and Community Development, Michael Ring, on Thursday, February 8.

It offers a turn-key property solution for companies interested in locating to the west region and is being ‘marketed extensively’ by IDA Ireland.
